Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Guests are required to enter their ID when checking in.
Smoking, vaping and hubbly-bubblies are not permitted inside the guest rooms or on the private patio, or within 4 meters of the room entrances. A special area for guests who wish to smoke has been arranged under the thorn tree. Guests may also smoke in the front garden, and in the parking area, as long as children are not present.
Guests under the age of 18 years, not travelling with their parents or guardian, require a signed letter from their parents or guardian, giving the signatory's ID and current address and contact details, and indicating who the children are travelling with, and where they are going. The adult travelling companion(s) of such children will be similarly required to present ID credentials.
This price includes a 10% discount and is non-refundable if you cancel. You can choose a refundable option at checkout.
If you choose the refundable option, this cancellation policy will apply:
