To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, the following house rules must be adhered to:

Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

The studio and its contents must be treated with care, and guests will be held liable for any damage or loss incurred during their stay.
