Nate se Plek is a stylish, non-smoking family home with a private entrance, situated on the owner’s property in Parklands, Cape Town. The owner lives in a separate unit and is available to assist during your stay. The house accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The mezzanine bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The two ground-floor bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed and share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. Each room has a remote-controlled fan and a TV with a Netflix guest account. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It flows into a dining area and lounge with comfortable seating and a wood-burning fireplace. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Guests can enjoy a braai room with seating and a dartboard, as well as board games and reading material. Secure parking is provided for one vehicle in the garage. The home is 2 km from the beach and close to restaurants, shops, a gym, and other local amenities.

Guests should please note that there are certain cupboards marked, wich is used as storage, and should be used by guests.
Electricity and gas are included for stays of 14 days or less. For longer stays, guests may need to refill the gas if it runs out. Smoking is not permitted indoors; designated smoking areas are available in the front and back yards.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement, but cats are not permitted. Parking is available, but the demarcated space on the left-hand side of the garage is reserved.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 outdoors and 23:00 indoors. Parties and events are not allowed, and unregistered visitors may not stay overnight.
