Utilities: Electricity and gas are included for stays of 14 days or less. For longer stays, guests may need to refill the gas if it runs out.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Designated smoking areas are available in the front and back yards.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement, but cats are not permitted.
Parking: Do not use the demarcated space on the left-hand side of the garage, as it is reserved.
Quiet hours: Outdoor areas from 22:00, indoor areas from 23:00.
No parties or events are allowed. Unregistered visitors may not stay overnight.
