Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Check-in time is strictly 14:00, and check-out is at 09:00. An additional charge applies for early arrival or late departure.
Guests are required to adhere to a strict no noise policy and respect the neighbours and staff at all times.
On departure, guests must ensure that the unit is left in the same condition as found on arrival. A cleaning fee will be charged if the unit requires additional attention.
A breakage and damage deposit is required prior to arrival. Should the cost of any damage exceed the deposit, the additional amount will be invoiced to the guest.
Any problems or issues must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.
Units are let strictly according to the number of guests declared at the time of booking. Any additional guests will not be accepted or will incur a charge per person per night, payable in full before entry.
No visitors are allowed on the premises.
