Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
Cleaning services can be arranged at an additional cost.
There is a steep driveway leading to the property, and guests are advised to drive up in first gear without stopping.
Do not park on the neighbour’s property in front of or behind Nautilus.
Please drive slowly, as children play in the area.
Parking for large boats or trailers is not possible due to the steep driveway. However, alternative secure parking for large boats can be arranged nearby.
Parking at the house accommodates 2 to 3 cars.
Guests are kindly requested to conserve water and avoid using the bath due to water shortages.
Guests are also requested to conserve electricity due to electricity shortages.
No fish may be cleaned on the premises, as facilities are available at Kraaltjie Harbour for this purpose.
Braai items may not be cleaned on the brick driveway.
Furniture and lights may not be moved.
