Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

Please note that you will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by management upon booking.
All kinds of smoking are strictly prohibited indoors.
Loud music and noise are not allowed.
Towels cannot be taken to the beach, please bring your own towels.
Parties are not allowed on the premises.
Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning is only available 3 times a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Children are not allowed to use the TV remote controls, place the remote out of reach.
Excessive Wi-Fi usage will be charged to the guest's account.
Please take note that on departure keys must be handed in with remotes and that an inspection of the premises must be done by the house manager and main guest.

More than 1 month before check-in	50%deposit refunded

Less than 2 weeks before check-in	0%deposit refunded
