House Rules

The on-site travel desk offers a wide variety of tours and adventures, ranging from laid back wine tours to skydiving for the more adventurous types.

No person under 16 can stay in the dormitory rooms unless accompanied by an adult legal guardian.

Secure parking is available, on request, at an extra cost.

Rate applies for 1 person in a bed. For group bookings, the property will try their best to accommodate you in the same room however, this cannot be guarenteed.

A valid passport or ID is required on check-in.

Guests under 16 can only stay in the shared rooms if they are part of a group that has booked out the entire room and each member has a passport or unabridged birth certificate and is accompanied by an adult (This does not apply in peak periods).
