A taste of the real South Africa. It was epic. A taste of real South Africa. The hosts couldn't have done any more to make our stay more special and memorable. Even Henry the Hippo came to say hello. Very highly recommended and would definitely stay for longer next time! The venison pie was out of this world. Such an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful picture. Ideal for a stopover on the way or for an extended visit. The view is breathtaking over the river. We wanted to do the trip to the hippo pond, but it was a bit out of our budget. The aircon's location was not ideal for the heat, but it still brought some joy. Will definitely stay again.

Enjoy the local peace and quiet. We stayed overnight on our way back from the coast. Would have liked to spend a little more time there. Food was top notch.

Friendly service, good stay. Location is convenient for travel from Gauteng to the Western Cape. Dinner and breakfast service (charged additionally) are tasty. Rooms require a little maintenance/upkeep.
