Paperbark Lodge offers bushveld elegance in a beautifully designed 3-bedroom villa that provides a comfortable and stylish stay in a tranquil natural setting at Zandspruit Bush and Aero Estate.
The air-conditioned villa is fully furnished and situated alongside the estate’s private runway. It comprises three en-suite bedrooms and open-plan living areas. The main and second bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds, while the third bedroom offers twin beds. Each bedroom has an open en-suite bathroom as well as access to a private outdoor shower.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes fridge, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, a coffee machine, ice machine and laundry appliances. The living area opens onto a garden courtyard on one side, and on the other side, stack doors lead to the entertainment patio with outdoor seating, a splash pool and a boma braai overlooking the surrounding bush.
A staircase leads to a rooftop deck with artificial grass, providing a relaxed space for sundowners and views over the tranquil bushveld.
Zandspruit Bush and Aero Estate is a 650-hectare wilderness reserve where plains game roam freely. Guests may enjoy game drives, walking, cycling, jogging and birdwatching within the estate. Common sightings include giraffe, kudu, zebra, wildebeest, nyala, waterbuck, impala, duiker and warthog, as well as a wide variety of birdlife. Nocturnal animals such as bushbabies, owls, genets, civets, jackals and occasional hyenas are also present.
