Description

Nick's Seaside Rest offers self-catering accommodation in the coastal town of Bloubergstrand in Cape Town. The institution is ideally located near the beach.

Accommodation is offered in either a 3-bedroom apartment or a studio apartment. The 3-bedroom unit is fully equipped like a house, with established indoor and outdoor living areas, making it ideal for a family and accommodating up to 5 guests.

The open-plan studio apartment is ideal for a couple and accommodates 2 guests. The larger unit is not suitable for young children due to the living areas and stair railings.

The 2 units are operated separately and are not rented together to the same group of guests.

Both smoke-free units have well-equipped kitchens suitable for self-catering. The larger unit features a self-catering kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, a separate lounge and dining area, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets.

The studio apartment has an open-plan sleeping, dining, and lounge area, as well as a separate kitchenette and bathroom with shower, toilet, and basin. All necessary amenities are provided, except for a washing machine and dishwasher.

Unlimited Wi-Fi, a DStv premium package, and beach towels are provided for both units.

Guests have private access to the 2 units, each with its own outdoor living area and braai facilities. Secure on-site parking is available for paying guests, for up to 3 vehicles, including 1 for the studio apartment.

The 3-bedroom unit has a limited sea view from the lounge. Both units are only 60 m from the beach.

Both units are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to the arrival of new guests.

As the property is located in a quiet neighbourhood, parties and celebrations are not permitted.

Guests can enjoy swimming, surfing, diving, kitesurfing, windsurfing, and hiking in the surrounding area.
