Breakage Deposit

The 2 units are operated separately and are not jointly rented to the same group of guests.
This house is not suitable for small children due to the living room and staircase railings.
A balance of 50% of the accommodation cost needs to be paid via EFT to Nick's Seaside Rest at least 1 week before arrival.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Guests are allowed to smoke outside.
