Nine Oaks Self-catering Accommodation

Description

These cottages are double-story (lofts) and can accommodate up to 5 guests. There is a bedroom downstairs with a queen-size bed and 3 single beds upstairs on the loft. Each cottage has a full bathroom fitted with a shower and a bath combo. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster. The open-plan living area has a dining table and TV room with a TV (Open View channels). Other amenities include an indoor fireplace, air conditioning, fans and access to Wi-Fi. Each unit has its own patio and outside fire place. We have a communal swimming pool and washing room on premises for our guests use.

Description

The Cosy Cabin unit can accommodate up to 4 guests. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a small double sleeper couch in the living room (better for two kids or one adult). The cabin has a bathroom fitted with a shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a convection oven and a 2-plate gas stove. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a fireplace, and a braai area. The cabins are fully off the grid with their gas geyser and inverter to make your stay ever more comfortable.

Laan 4: Nugget is a charming one-bedroom self-catering unit situated on a peaceful farm just 2 km outside of Paarl, offering a relaxing countryside stay with modern comforts. The unit is fully furnished and ideal for longer-term bookings. Rates include water, electricity and WiFi. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and the bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower. The unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a comfortable dining and TV lounge area with WiFi and a Smart TV (guests to use their own streaming profiles). For added convenience, the entire farm operates on solar power, ensuring minimal disruption during load shedding and power outages. Guests have access to private parking at the back of the unit. Please note that a refundable breakage deposit applies to longer-term stays.

Description

This house is fully equipped for self-catering. It offers accommodation for up to 14 guests. It has 5 bedrooms a TV room, dinning room, 1 full bathroom with a bath, 2 separate toilets and 2 separate showers. The first bedroom has 2 single beds and a bunk bed, while the second bedroom has a queen size bed and a single bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. The fifth bedroom also has a queen size bed. There is a sofa bed in the TV room. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Open View TV, access to Wi-Fi and Air-conditioning in most of the rooms. Fans are provided in those that don't have air-conditioning. There is outside braai facilities on a covered patio, as well as a communal swimming pool. There are communal laundry and ironing facilities.
