Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
All facilities are used at guests’ own risk. The owner or manager does not accept any liability or legal responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss, or injuries incurred as a result of using the facilities, or for any other injuries or damages that guests or visitors may suffer at this holiday home or on the property.
Smoking is prohibited.
Pets are not allowed in the holiday home, except by prior arrangement for guide dogs for the visually impaired.
Items are not to be removed from the house. Towels provided are not to be used on the beach. Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The key and breakage deposit is normally refunded within 10 business days after departure.
The following are not permitted at the property:
• Any commercial activity, team building, parties, discos, or 21st birthday celebrations
• Matric gatherings (even after final exams)
• Bachelor and hen parties
• No persons under 21 years of age will be accommodated without adult supervision
