Nivica 77 is a beautiful self-catering apartment with modern features, located in a secure complex in Olifantskop, Langebaan on the West Coast. It is ideal for a family holiday, as the complex has an expansive communal swimming pool.
This apartment can accommodate 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a central breakfast island with stools. For guests’ convenience, a washing machine is also available. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfortable seating and a TV.
Through the sliding doors, there is a covered balcony with outdoor seating and a built-in braai, which is an ideal spot for a morning coffee or a sundowner while overlooking the swimming pool area.
