Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No loud music or excessive alcohol consumption is permitted on the property.
Safety doors and fly screens must remain closed at all times due to the presence of wild animals, including venomous snakes.
The swimming pool must be securely closed upon check-out.
All air conditioners, lights, and the ice machine must be switched off when checking out.
All dishes must be washed before departure.
Rubbish must be placed in garbage bags and disposed of in the large black bin outside.
A breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the owner. Keys will only be handed over once the deposit reflects in the owner's account.
A penalty fee may be deducted from the breakage deposit if any of the above rules are not followed.
The breakage deposit will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days after check-out, provided no deductions apply.
Please leave used beds unmade.
Used towels must be placed in the laundry baskets provided in the bathrooms.
