Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is strictly by 10:00; late check-in or check-out may be arranged on request and if available.
Smoking is not allowed indoors; please smoke outside, use an ashtray, and do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.
Parties and loud music are not permitted; please respect the neighbours and observe quiet time after 21:00.
Only the number of booked guests may stay overnight; no visitors are allowed without prior approval.
Please treat the house as your own, do not break or damage anything, and report any issues or damage immediately.
For safety, ensure all doors and windows are closed when you leave, and use the alarm or security system if provided.
A basic cleaning service is included, but this is not a deep clean. Please leave the house tidy, take rubbish to the outside bin, place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and switch it on, and wipe up any messes as you go.
Please use only the designated parking area and do not block other residents.
Guests are kindly requested not to consume beverages in the pool, bring glass items into the pool area, or jump from balconies for safety reasons.
