Please note that the accommodation is accessed via stairs or has stairs inside, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.T
The sandy roads require a 4x4 to gain easy access to the property. There is ample parking for at least 4 cars.
No pets allowed.
Loud music and parties are not permitted on the estate. There is a noise cut-off time of 22:30.
Failure to adhere to the rules will result in the full retention of your breakage deposit.
