No unregistered guests are allowed. An additional charge will be added for each extra guest and must be pre-approved.
Guests are allowed a maximum of 2 visitors at any time during their stay.
Parties and large events are not allowed.
Quiet time is from 22:00 to 07:00.
Please respect the neighbors and surroundings and do not make any noise.
Children cannot be left unattended at any time.
Close windows, lock all doors and turn off all electrical appliances when leaving the premises.
No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
Do not use any glassware in or around the pool area, please use plastic cups or foam cups.
Use of the pool is at your own risk.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
Please report any breakages/damages.
Non-functioning equipment should be reported immediately so that we can repair or replace it.
We would also appreciate it if the dishes were washed and dried before you check out.
