House Rules
Guests are kindly requested to avoid loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00.
Please do not honk in the street or on common property.
No shouting or screaming is permitted.
Boom boxes or loud music are not allowed in the pool area.
This is not a pet-friendly complex; no pets or animals are allowed on the property without prior permission.
No eating is permitted in the bedrooms.
No smoking is allowed inside the units.
Guests are expected to treat furniture respectfully and maintain a clean environment.
All breakages must be reported. Where possible, breakages should be replaced for the breakage deposit to be reimbursed.
Children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian when using the swimming pool.
All pool users must comply with the pool rules as posted on the notice board at the pool.
The complex is not wheelchair-friendly, and no provisions for accessibility are available.
One vehicle per unit is allowed on the common property.
A maximum of 10 guests per unit is permitted.
Guests’ visitors may not use the pool without prior arrangement.
