Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm the booking, guest verification is mandatory, and guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and an estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and guests accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
Please note that visitors are not permitted on the property, and only registered guests are allowed access.
Guests have access to one allocated garage parking bay. Additional visitor parking is limited to one night only, and fines may be applicable if this allowance is exceeded.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged with at least 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit are payable prior to check-in. The amount varies depending on the establishment and may be adjusted at the owner’s or management’s discretion.
To promote a sustainable and comfortable stay, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy allowing reasonable daily consumption. In cases of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250.00 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash to the property host on arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350.00 will apply.
