Extra Fees

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
This unit may only accommodate the number of guests specified on the booking invoice at any given time.
No excessive noise or loud music is allowed after 22:00.
Guests need to bring with own DStv decoder and smart card.
A refundable breakage deposit is payable per unit on arrival. Breakage deposits will only be paid back at departure after inventory has been taken with the guests.
Guests may be asked to vacate the premises immediately if they fail to adhere to the rules.
No bachelor parties or birthday celebrations are permitted.
Guests are kindly requested to keep noise levels to a minimum and to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times.
