A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

No birthday celebrations.
No excessive noise.
No inappropriate behaviour, including climbing on balconies or disturbing neighbours.
No smoking inside.
No bachelor parties or birthday celebrations are permitted.
Guests are kindly requested to keep noise levels to a minimum and to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in guests being asked to leave the premises without compensation.
