House Rules
Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the apartment.
Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.
Laundry is not to be hung on the outside balcony, except for beach towels.
Neighbours should be respected, and noise levels should be kept to a minimum after 22:00.
On arrival, any damage or malfunction should be reported immediately so repairs or replacements can be made.
The apartment is fully furnished and provides bed linen and towels. Any damages or missing items will be charged at replacement prices.
The number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the booking.
Only staying guests are allowed to use the facilities offered by the complex
