Ocean Views is a charming self-catering apartment with a private entrance situated on the middle level of an exquisite multi-level villa on the esteemed Suikerbossie Drive in Gordon's Bay. Nestled against the slopes of the mountain, the apartment provides a picturesque view of the harbor, Yacht Club, and Bikini Beach.
This air-conditioned apartment can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms. The first bedroom is comfortably furnished with a king-size bed, and the bathroom includes both a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains a double bed; their bathrooms are fitted with a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, cutlery, crockery, as well as a fridge-freezer. For added convenience, there is also a dishwasher and washing machine available. Adjacent to the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table and a cosy lounge furnished with comfortable couches and a wood-burning fireplace. There is an additional lounging area with an indoor braai as well as extra seating. For guests' entertainment, a TV with a full bouquet of DStv channels and access to free Wi-Fi is available.
Sliding doors lead to a spacious private balcony furnished with outdoor seating where guests can relax while taking in the mesmerizing views. Guests are provided with secure garage parking and enjoy proximity to a variety of restaurants, shops, harbor eateries, and activities. Solar power and a battery backup have been installed incase of power outages.
