A bad experience. The accommodation was OK, but it's part of a big house and the sit-out area was just a little passageway – very claustrophobic. The bedroom glass doors are locked and blocked out, and the swimming pool is right on top of those doors (not for your use). The noise made by the people in the main house was so bad that we hardly slept. Constant shouting and screaming, but it's not really their fault – they were young and having fun. Their patio was right over our bedroom, and the chairs were scraped across it all day. The clumping up and down the stairs never stopped. We had to leave the apartment to get some peace and quiet. On top of that, the smart TV would not work for us. Lingy couldn't help (said he tried his best!), and we then heard nothing more from him, so we had no TV to help deaden the sound of the chaos above and next to us. This is the first time we've had such a bad experience over many years of renting accommodation all over the world. The website, you MUST tell your customers to take their Netflix codes, and the apartment should not be let if there are people in the main house. Not sure how our Netflix codes work off-site, but we could have tried if we'd known the host did not make the TV available to his guests. You'd better warn guests about the noise factor if the main part of the house is let at the same time as the apartment. Altogether, a bad experience.
