Oceanscape Penthouse is a truly spectacular state-of-the-art penthouse located in the highly sought-after area of Bloubergstrand Village. This spacious penthouse, situated just steps from the waves of Small Bay and its beach, with its luxurious amenities, offers an unforgettable experience. With direct beach access and breathtaking unobstructed views of the ocean, the plush surroundings offer the perfect seaside holiday to enjoy the sublime sunsets, which rejuvenate and restore the soul.
This beautiful penthouse has a sleeping capacity of 6 guests and comprises 3 tastefully and individually furnished bedrooms with air-conditioning, each boasting sea views. The main and second bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed, and have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and makes use of the guest bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. There's also an outside shower available. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
Guests enter an expansive open-concept living area that is airy and spacious, features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge, and boasts breathtaking unobstructed views of Table Mountain, Robben Island, the ocean and shorelines. The kitchen is modernly designed and equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located breakfast island with stools. There’s also a dishwasher for guests’ convenience. The separate laundry area allows guests to effortlessly take care of their laundry needs without any hassle.
The dining area allows guests to enjoy a meal at the 6-seater table with ample natural light filtering through. The adjacent lounge is furnished with plush couches and a TV, and boasts a lovely fireplace for the colder nights. For those who need to work or have important tasks to complete, a spacious and comfortable dedicated workspace is available, and guests have access to free and high-speed Wi-Fi. An inverter is available for backup power during any power outages.
Leading from the spacious dining and lounge areas is the balcony with outdoor seating space, and a built-in braai area, with uninterrupted views of the blue ocean.
