Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
In line with body corporate regulations, all guests—both local and international—must be registered before arrival. Guest verification is mandatory to confirm your booking, and guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and an estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Failure to submit these details on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of eight nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in, with the amount determined at the discretion of the owner or management.
Electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy to promote responsible consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, an additional fee will apply.
