Olive Grove is a beautiful holiday home located in the popular Shelley Point Estate of St Helena Bay on the West Coast and is situated within walking distance from the beach, making this ideal for a holiday with family and friends.
This enclosed property can accommodate a total of 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, double vanity and toilet. The second and third bedrooms each contain a double bed and share the second bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The bright and airy open-plan living area features tall ceilings and a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a central island. A dishwasher and a washing machine are available in the separate scullery. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table and a cosy lounge with comfy seating, a fireplace and a wall-mounted TV.
Through the sliding doors, there is an indoor braai room with comfy seating and a built-in braai. The stacking doors open up onto a sunny garden space where guests can fully relax and catch some sun.
