Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A refundable breakage deposit of R1,500 is required and must be paid in full one month prior to your arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure.
The property has a full-time housekeeper, and a compulsory daily staff tip of R50 applies, covering both the day of arrival and departure.
No pets are permitted at the property. Loud music, parties, and functions are strictly prohibited. All guests must adhere to the estate rules, including a strict quiet period between 22:00 and 6:00. Non-compliance will result in a warning, and if the issue persists, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued violations may lead to immediate eviction from the property without refund for any unused nights.
Please note that if the property is booked by a group of younger guests, no one under the age of 25 will be permitted without parental or adult supervision.
