Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1 000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
This home is best suited to groups with children and would not work for a group of 10 adults due to the restricted bathroom situation.
The balance of the booking is required 1 month prior to check-in. A refundable breakage deposit is also payable at this time and will be refunded via EFT within 10 working days after departure, provided the property and its contents are left in good condition.
Cleaning services are available on Sundays and public holidays by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.
Bookings for groups where all guests are 23 years old or younger are not permitted.
No events or parties are allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit.
Guests are requested to observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 07:00.
Beach towels are available for hire by prior arrangement at an additional cost per towel per day. A minimum hire period of 3 nights applies, and arrangements should be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Pets are not allowed.
