Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R7000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests are kindly advised that the property is situated in a residential area, and consideration for neighbours is requested at all times. The house accommodates a maximum of ten guests, and no more than ten individuals are permitted on the premises.
For security and verification purposes, a valid form of identification, such as a passport or ID card, will be required at check-in. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors.
Pets are not permitted.
Parties are not allowed.
For stays of 8 nights or more, guests will receive a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen.
Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount is determined by the standard of the establishment and may be amended at the discretion of the owner or management.
To promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy that allows for a reasonable level of daily consumption. In the rare event of excessive usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, an additional fee of will apply.
