Breakage Deposit

House Rules
In accordance with the body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. Guest verification is required to confirm the booking. Guests are required to provide their full names, contact details, clear copies of their identity document or passport, vehicle registration details (if applicable), and an estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Failure to provide these details before arrival may result in a delayed or denied check-in.
This is a non-smoking property. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. The booking guest accepts full responsibility for all accompanying guests, minors, and visitors during their stay.
For stays of 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service, including fresh linen, is provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged with at least 24 hours' notice and are available at an additional cost.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The deposit amount is determined by the standard of the property and is applied at the discretion of the owner or property management.
Electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy, which allows for a reasonable daily allocation. In the event of unusually high electricity consumption, guests may be required to reimburse the additional costs.
A late check-in fee of R250.00 applies to arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00 and is payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350.00 will apply.
