The property is fenced, and house-trained pets are allowed upon arrangement.
Parties involving outsiders are not permitted unless prior arrangements are made.
The facilities are for paying guests only.
There are designated smoking areas outside the unit and in the braai area.
The noise level is to be kept moderate to respect the neighbours, and minimal noise is allowed after 22:00.
This accommodation has an OpenView decoder connected to a DStv satellite dish.
No matric holiday bookings are accepted.
