An elderly dog lives on the property and is kept behind a gate, with no access to the guest accommodation. Guests are kindly asked not to let the dog into the unit.
Please keep the entrance gate leading to the road locked at all times.

Guests are required to bring their own swimming towels and firewood. Items belonging to the unit (towels, cushions, blankets) may not be removed.
Occupancy is strictly limited to the number of guests confirmed in the booking.
As the property is located in a residential area, noise levels must be kept low at all times. No noise is permitted after 22:00.
