🏡 House Rules (Unit 145, Paddocks)

• No parties or events
• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (strict, enforced by estate. violations may result in removal without refund)
• Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 infant or toddler only
• No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside the apartment
• No pets allowed
• Only registered guests permitted overnight (no unapproved visitors)
• Valid ID/passport required before arrival for estate gate access
• Self check-in – instructions provided prior to arrival
• Exterior security camera at entrance (no cameras inside)
• No illegal substances or activities
• Violations may result in removal without refund and/or penalties

🚗 Parking
Unit 145 does not have a dedicated parking bay.
Please use visitor parking bays marked with a “V” (e.g. V1, V2) on a first-come, first-served basis.

🚫 Do not park in residents’ numbered bays, as vehicles may be clamped or fined by estate management.
