Although we do allow certain types of events upon request, parties have to be approved beforehand.
• No unauthorised guests allowed.
Please note that Palm Valley Inn is situated in a residential area and we have to be considerate of our neighbours when it comes to noise.
• The neighborhood quiet time starts at 10PM.
• Kindly report any damages immediately.
• No food or drinks on top of the pool table and other playing equipment.
• Carpeted areas are No shoes zones.
• Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Please do not use the garden beds to put out cigarettes. Ash trays provided for outdoor use only
• Please ensure that the dishwasher is loaded and turned on before check-out.

• Kindly ensure all food items and trash has been removed from the house upon check-out.
[Please make use of garbage bin provided.]
• Please refrain from dropping unsealed trash into the garbage cans.
• Please note that beach towels are not provided and that pool towels are for on-site use only.
A pool safety net is available upon request for added safety and security.
An optional daily cleaning service can be provided upon request for an additional cost.
