Calming, thoughtful and comfortable. It was wonderful, requested a microwave at 21:00 and the lady brought one to our room. Wonderful service! The stay was a bit cold - even with the heater they provided. The house is a bit in need of TLC, we also struggled with electricity outlets in the room. If we ignore the nitty, it was absolutely great!
