Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The property is fully covered by an alarm system and safety beams around the property.
Full payment must be made before arrival as there are no payment facilities at the address.
Guests are to provide their own towels and toiletries.
Please note that this is a private holiday home surrounded by permanent residents. We kindly request guests to honour the privacy of neighbours and adhere to reasonable and acceptable conduct at all times. Guests may be requested to leave the premises if any complaints are received.
Guests must dispose of domestic refuse in the appropriate bags. All refuse must be placed in the stand on the pavement by Friday mornings at 08:00 and when guests check out. Please do not leave any rubbish in the wheelie bin.
A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed on the premises.
No overnight visitors are allowed. All visitors must leave by 22:00 strictly.
No house parties or functions are allowed.
There is an alarm system.
Pets will only be allowed with prior arrangement.
