House Rules
Guests are kindly requested to take care of the holiday accommodation as they would their own property.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house; however, guests are welcome to smoke outside.
No fish may be cleaned on the premises.
Washing of vehicles on the premises is not allowed.
When leaving the house, please ensure all doors are locked, windows are closed, and the alarm is activated. This also applies upon departure.
Guests must contact the agent the day before departure to arrange key handover and report any issues or breakages.
Check-out time is strictly by 10:00.
Check-in is from 14:00. Guests must contact the agent to make arrangements.
Some closets may be locked and contain the owner’s personal belongings. Guests are asked to respect these spaces and not attempt to open them.
Occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated in the reservation. Any additional guests must be disclosed in advance.
Please keep noise levels low and be considerate of neighbors.
Indoor furniture must not be moved outside.
Towels and bedding must remain inside and may not be used outdoors or on the beach.
The owner or agent reserves the right to terminate occupancy and evict any guests or visitors who fail to follow these house rules or cause a disturbance.
Guests enter the property at their own risk. The owner or agent is not responsible for any loss of property or injuries that may occur during the stay.
