House Rules

Kindly please be advised that there is a once-off conservation fee which is payable at check out and subject to change without notice.
Full payment for the booking is due 30 days before arrival, at which time our cancellation policy takes effect. For last-minute bookings, defined as within 30 days before arrival, full payment is due within 48 hours of receiving the booking.
Rates displayed are on a full-board basis and include accommodation, daily housekeeping, a welcome drink, morning coffee, a full breakfast, high tea lunch or brunch and 3-course dinner, teas and coffees, snacks, 1 morning and evening game drive, and free Wi-Fi in the main area.
Rates exclude drinks, transfers, and gratuities.
Meals are served from a set menu, so please inform the lodge before arrival if guests have any dietary restrictions or preferences so we can ensure we can accommodate them.
No pets are allowed.
Children are allowed from age 9 onwards.
There are Voltage 220 V and international adapters are available.
Guests are recommended to consult their doctor before traveling regarding taking prophylactics, as our area is in the risk zone for malaria.
Please note that there is a gravel road leading to the establishment. The gravel road is accessible with any vehicle if driven slowly, but it is recommended to have a 2x4 for a comfortable drive. Guests are required to enquire about the condition of the road before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Arrangements can be made for guests without an SUV to be picked up at the gate, and park their vehicle safely at the secured car park within the reserve.

Our meals are served at fixed times.
Our game drive times are:
Afternoon Game drive 16.30, summer time—October-April 16.00 winter time May-September
Morning Game drive 05.00, summer time Oct-April, 06.00 winter time May-September

Beverages:
We operate an honesty bar for your drinks. You can write down your drinks and/or take them in your tent's refrigerator and settle the bill at check-out.
Levies:
Our conservation levies are 380 ZAR per person, and there is a car fee of 280 ZAR. These will also be added to your check-out bill. Changes on the rates are without prior notice.
