Cozy, warm, clean. Our overnight stay at Pastorie Huisie was truly special. After a long drive from the Cape, we arrived in the dark, but were greeted warmly and friendly by Dirk, who immediately made us feel at home. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a lovely warm bed which was very welcome after the journey. The facilities were excellent and everything we needed was available and well maintained. Pastorie Huisie offers a peaceful and comfortable accommodation experience, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming place to stay.

Very nice. Friendly reception. Very neat and tastefully decorated. Beds very comfortable and we were able to fully recharge our batteries. Would definitely stay there again if I were in that area again.

Perfect location. Apart from the fact that the place is conveniently located on the route back to Gauteng, the people who run it are two angels. Nothing is too much trouble and their hospitality is second to none. We had a great stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. Plus the next morning's alarm was lively and free (the most beautiful rooster!).

It was delicious. Dirk is a brilliant host. He welcomed us kindly, fully informed us about the dos and don'ts and showed us where everything is stored. The apartment is very spacious. The main room has a double bed and in the living/dining room there are two 3/4 beds. There is also WiFi and a TV in the lounge. The shower, toilet and sink are in a room that leads off the kitchen - clean, tidy and lovely hot water. Location is good. Just off the N1, but the traffic didn't bother us.

Restful. The place is extremely neat, clean, and comfortable, with a very nice braai area. The air conditioner in the bedroom was a winner (it was 40 degrees outside when we arrived). On the premises are two remarkable church buildings, from 1922 and 1966 if I remember correctly.
