Perfect location. Apart from the fact that the place is conveniently located on the route back to Gauteng, the people who run it are two angels. Nothing is too much trouble and their hospitality is second to none. We had a great stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. Plus the next morning's alarm was lively and free (the most beautiful rooster!).

Restful. The place is extremely neat, clean, and comfortable, with a very nice braai area. The air conditioner in the bedroom was a winner (it was 40 degrees outside when we arrived). On the premises are two remarkable church buildings, from 1922 and 1966 if I remember correctly.

Comfortable and safe place to stay overnight while traveling. The Pastorie Huis is very well located along the N1 highway, an ideal overnight stop for travelers. It is well equipped, spacious and safe. We were warmly welcomed and everything was in working order. The bed in the main room is very comfortable and sleeps very well. Nice sheltered outdoor braai available.

Cool, neat, fresh, well equipped and quiet. Can recommend it. Definitely a place where you can relax and rest. Our host was always available and very helpful. Aircon was already on and the house was cool when we stopped there. With an outside temperature of 39 degrees it was definitely a relief. Extremely neat and equipped. I will definitely stop by there again.

Well located on the N1. The Pastorie Huisie is perfectly located between Beaufort West and Laingsburg. The Huisie is clean and tidy with everything we needed for a braai. The beds were comfortable.

Lovely resting place on the long road. We had a great time and had everything we needed. Dirk welcomed us very kindly.
