This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday from 09:00 - 15:00; excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
Please note that the deck is shared with the apartment above, and access to the property is via shared walkways. There is currently construction taking place nearby, with working hours from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 17:00. While some construction noise may be audible, there is no significant visual impact. The expected completion date is 31 October 2026.
