Welcome to Peacehaven Flat 202
We’re so happy to have you stay with us and hope you enjoy a relaxing getaway on the beautiful Scottburgh beachfront. To help keep the apartment comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, please take note of the following house rules.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: From 14:00
Check-out: By 10:00 on departure day
Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be arranged in advance, subject to availability.

Keys & Security

Please keep the apartment keys with you when leaving the complex.
Always lock the apartment when going out.
On departure, kindly return the keys to the secure key return slot at the Ground Floor office.

Quiet Hours

To respect neighbours and other guests:
Please keep noise levels low between 22:00 and 07:00.
No parties, loud music, or disruptive behaviour.

Smoking

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the apartment or enclosed communal areas.

Balcony & Windows

Please do not hang towels, clothing, or laundry over the balcony or windows.
Coastal winds can be strong, so kindly close all windows securely before leaving the apartment.

Towels & Linen

Bath towels are for indoor use only.
Please do not take towels to the beach or pool area.
Linen, blankets, and apartment items should remain inside the flat.

Kitchen & Appliances

Please never leave cooking unattended.
Avoid using too many high-power appliances at the same time.
Only microwave-safe containers may be used in the microwave.
Kindly switch off appliances when not in use.
Cleanliness
Please shake off beach sand before entering the apartment.
Dispose of rubbish in the designated bin area.
We kindly ask that the apartment be left neat and reasonably clean on departure.

Swimming Pool & Communal Areas

Use of the swimming pool is entirely at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Please keep communal areas tidy after use, including the braai area and games room.

Parking

Please park only in the allocated parking bay.
Drive slowly within the complex and keep an eye out for pedestrians and children.

Respect for the Property

Please treat the apartment and its contents with care and respect.
Report any breakages, damages, or maintenance issues as soon as possible so we can assist.

Visitors

Only booked and approved guests may stay overnight.
Visitors may be required to sign in at the security gate.
