Description

Pearl Haven is a spacious, fully furnished self-catering holiday home situated in Pearl Bay, Yzerfontein, offering beautiful ocean views and close proximity to the beach — ideal for relaxed coastal living.

This double-storey home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it perfect for families or groups.

The main and second bedrooms each offer a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The third and fourth bedrooms, both furnished with queen-size beds, are interlinked and share a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The fifth bedroom is fitted with two single beds and shares the upstairs bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. A breakfast bar with stools provides additional seating.

The open-plan living and dining area is comfortably furnished and features a TV with selected DStv channels, cosy seating, and a dining table for shared meals — perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

With generous space, modern comforts and a prime coastal location, Pearl Haven offers the ideal setting for a relaxing West Coast getaway.

The living area leads to the enclosed entertainment area, which boasts a built-in braai area, a table with benches and stack doors that open to allow the fresh sea breeze into the home. In addition, the house has free Wi-Fi Internet access and secure parking for vehicles.
