Breakage Deposit

House Rules
The hosts live on the property and are available 24/7.
Please be mindful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum.
Only paying guests are allowed on the property.
This establishment is strictly non- smoking; designated smoking areas are provided on the property away from the units and does mean one needs to walk every time you want to smoke , no smoking out on the private patio areas or in the room - there is a fine should we find any guest breaking this rule
No parties, loud music, disorderly behaviour will tolerated and drugs of any kind.
The following rules apply for pets that are agreed by prior arrangement only:
A maximum of 1 small lap dogs (no puppies) is permitted in the Starfish and Turtle units only.
An additional fee is payable per stay for the pets. The must be well-mannered, house-trained and sociable with other dogs.
Any damages caused by guests’ dog will be charged accordingly.
Should it be agreed that your dog may stay, he/ she may not be left unattended or left alone in the units at all.
Dogs must be kept on a lease when in the common areas of the property.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog, please note you will need to take your dog down a flight of stairs to go to the park to "potty"
No cats, no reptiles and no birds are allowed.
