Description

Situated above the Stony Point Penguin Colony, Penguin House is a spacious self-catering house for up to 8 people in Betty’s Bay.

Overlooking the bay and mountain, the house comprises 4 bedrooms that share the use of 3 bathrooms. For convenience, linen and bath towels are provided.

The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a bath, and a toilet. The second bedroom contains a double bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The last 2 bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds each, and share the use of a bathroom with a bath, and a toilet.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. Guests can relax in the lounge which has a cosy fireplace, and Wi-Fi is available.

The house opens onto a stoep and guests can watch the penguins, and in season, the whales visiting the bay. Trained and well-behaved pets are welcome with prior arrangement.
