Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No smoking is permitted in the unit.
The administration fee is non-refundable.
A refundable breakage deposit is charged on each booking and will be refunded within 10 days of departure and the guest sending Van Heerden Letting their bank account details.
