House Rules

Children younger than 13 years old are not permitted. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed at the property.
Self check-in is available; however, in-person check-in is strongly recommended due to the layout of the property.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies after 17:00, and R450 applies after 22:00.
No loud noise is permitted after 21:00, and absolute silence is required after 22:00.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment. A penalty of up to ZAR 1 000 will be charged immediately if this rule is violated.
All guests are required to register and submit a copy of their passports within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
A maximum of 2 visitors is allowed at any time. Overnight stays are only permitted for registered guests.
A complimentary electricity allowance is provided. Excessive usage will require guests to top up electricity at their own cost. For long-term stays of more than 28 nights, an allowance of R1 000 is provided, after which guests must recharge electricity themselves.
The property cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by power outages from the City of Cape Town.
The main entrance and the laundry facilities are shared with 3 other 2-guest units on the property.

Failure to comply with these house rules may result in fines, additional charges, or termination of the stay.
